Four steps

How to return or exchange.

1. 01

   Email us

   Write to hello@danielandcharles.com with your order number, the piece, and whether you would like a refund or a different size or color.

2. 02

   Hear back within 1 business day

   We confirm your return and send the address to ship it to. Wait for our reply before sending anything, so nothing slows your refund.

3. 03

   Send it back

   Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original packaging with every tag attached. A tracked service is best, so you can follow it to us.

4. 04

   Refund or exchange

   Once it arrives and is checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it. An exchange ships as soon as your original piece is checked.

Exchanges

A different size or color.

Swap any piece for another size or color, subject to availability. If the one you want has sold out, we refund you instead.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

We put it right, at no cost to you.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email a photo and your order number within 60 days of delivery. Choose a full refund or a replacement. There is nothing to send back.

The finer points.

• There are no restocking fees.
• On a standard return, you cover the return postage. Original shipping is refunded only when a piece arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
• Changed your mind before it ships? Email us as soon as you can. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can cancel or change it.
• Waiting on a refund? Check with your bank first, as posting times vary, then write to us and we will look into it right away.
